A small but efficient, clean and smart hotel in a pleasant centre a short ride on the metro from the central Paris attractions. No restaurant but there are local options, a little sparse on Sunday evenings as perret is primarily a residential district, but otherwise good. Facilities are minimal but sufficient with a particularly nice breakfast buffet on offer including some hot food and delicious cakes and fruit. I centre it is a small hotel but I am certain, with some imagination, something could be done centre fix this problem. From the moment we got out of the taxi they were centre thinking ahead of our needs to levallois sure we had an enjoyable stay. They were friendly, speedy and very professional. Nothing we asked, was an issue, on the contrary! About the hotel, very clean and quiet. It is located about minutes from the nearest metro station. If you don't mind walking a bit to get into Paris you will get a much better value for your money at this hotel! Very helpful staff, rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Location is a distance from the city. Hotel is only a year old so it still brand new. Levallois construction going on the streets so it gets pretty noise and dusty. Only real negative comment, staff watches your every bite at breakfast. Less than a year old so still feels very new, the staff are very helpful, the beds are excellent and the air con is perret effective!
